Excellent Litter Box

I've read other reviews trashing this, and I believe it's because they didn't know how to use it, or didn't have the patience to work with it.

I have to admit, it took a bit to work as it's not as simple as just setting it up and plugging it in. It has some quirks, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to operate and now I barely touch it unless I need to empty out the pan, or the occasional restart because the WiFi for the box crashes.

Amazing for neurotic cats

I have a very neurotic cat who I have on Prozac, amongst other behavioral things. One of his issues is pooping outside the litter box if he's upset.18 months ago we had 3 cats and 5 litter boxes. We moved down to 3 litter boxes and a litter robot, then just to one litter box and a litter robot. Atlas was doing his protest poops if the box wasn't scooped 3x a day, so I was worried.My little nutjob has completely stopped his protest poops. The app is great for letting me know when the machine is getting full, and it's super easy to clean and keep odor free. Atlas feels secure when he uses the box, and my house smells a lot better.It did take a long time to transition my cat to only the litter robot, but it was worth it in the end.

Best Purchase Ever

I’m an so happy with this purchase!! We have 4 cats. I was scooping litter twice a day and I hated it!! I was constantly buying litter too. I researched a lot of different brands and kept coming back to this one. Yes, it’s a lot of money but totally worth it. It helps with odor and I’m not using near as much litter either! I don’t use the bags it recommends. They are expensive. Instead, I use small black garbage bags and they work perfectly! I do not regret this purchase at all!

Best Decision I Ever Made

I love this automatic litter box. I’ve had it for a little bit more than a year and have had minimal issues. The motor seems a bit weak now but I contacted support and they were able to send me another one for free. 10/10 support. It’s an expensive purchase but it’s well worth the money. Unit gets full with 1 adult cat in about ~2 weeks. Unit is easily taken apart and cleaned when needed. I would recommend adding on the warranty for an extra $100 because you never know what may happen with the unit.

It works amazingly

As someone who doesn’t have a whole lot of time with a full time job this saves me loads of time. Only thing is I couldn’t get the app to work. But it works just fine without it :)
