We were gambling when buying this litter box because it did not have any reviews. We decided to pick this because it was free return, turned out we love it! It's a life saver for us who dealt with scooping stinky cat litter. Our cat loves this litter box, it's easy to put together, convenience apps which notify us when we need to fill up the sand or change the dust bin. It's not stinky, however we still have a little bit odor from the sands scatter when the cat comes out. We have one cat, averagely he went potty twice in day (1 poop and 1 pee) so far the dust bin can stay about 10 days. And we do deep cleaning (clearance) once in a month.

This cost me over $600 missing parts I sent this thing back over a month ago and still no refund I keep getting told 3-5 business day well it’s been 30 days since I sent it back and still nothing the cat litter box itself is not worth $600 especially 2 days after I bought it the item went down $300 ??? Makes no sense

Could never scoop litter again.

I’ve had this for a while now, I could not imagine going back to a manual litter box ever again. I love this thing. The only downfall that I could say is the app needs a huge improvement. I don’t use the app to check if the litter is low or if I need to empty it. I just check periodically, because the app makes no sense. Sometimes I’ve come into the living room, and the litter box has been stopped upside down, all I’ve had to do was click reset, and clean on the app, and it goes back, as long as that doesn’t turn into a bigger issue I don’t mind and would suggest this to anybody who has cats, especially, someone who has multiple like I do.
