1. Safety Instructions

3. Assembly Instructions
- Unpack all components and ensure everything is included.
- Attach the food storage container to the top of the main feeder unit. Twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- Place the feeding tray at the bottom of the feeder unit.
- Plug in the power adapter into the back of the feeder and then into a power outlet.
4. Setting Up the Feeder
- Power on the feeder by pressing the power button.
- Set the current time:
- Press and hold the “Clock” button until the hour digits flash.
- Use the “+” and “-” buttons to set the correct hour.
- Press “Clock” again to set the minutes using the same method.
- Select the portion size using the portion size button (refer to the portion size chart in the manual for guidance).
5. Programming Feeding Times
- Press the “Meal” button to select the meal you want to program (Meal 1, Meal 2, etc.).
- Set the feeding time:
- Press and hold the “Clock” button until the hour digits flash.
- Use the “+” and “-” buttons to set the feeding hour.
- Press “Clock” again to set the minutes using the same method.
- Set the portion size for this meal by pressing the portion size button.
- Repeat steps 1-3 for additional meals if needed.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
- Unplug the feeder before cleaning.
- Remove the food storage container and feeding tray.
- Wash the container and tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the main feeder unit with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water.
7. Troubleshooting
- Feeder not dispensing food: Ensure it is properly plugged in and that there is food in the container. Check that the feeding times are correctly programmed.
- Display not working: Make sure the feeder is plugged into a working outlet. If it still doesn’t work, contact customer support.
- Food jam: Clean the dispenser and ensure food is not blocking the dispensing mechanism.
