Mounting and suction cup maintenance: 1) Thoroughly clean your window, making sure the window is completely dry and free from residue. 2) Clean the suction cups with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Dry suction cups completely. 3) Regularly clean your window and suction cups, monthly is recommended. HELPFUL HINT: Warm suction cups are easier to mount than cold. Try soaking the suction cups in hot water or leave them in the sun for a few minutes to help warm!. Can fold up to allow blinds to close when needed

Cat window suction to window bed.

Its a very well made product. The rod they use is more than enough to support the three cats we have, and the suction is very good. Soak the suction cups in 160 degrees first and than clean your window and you will have no trouble. Very well thought out. Highly recommend this product.

Cats won't use it

I was very surprised my cats would not use this......they have two large tree's in the house and those are the items they like to crawl on and sleep on. I think if there were no cat trees, they might use this. I gave it a three because it seems like a quality product, easy to install and is sturdy.......but from a cat usage perspective it would be a 1.

Measure carefully

The cats love the perch! Fabric easily removes for cleaning and laundering. Measure your window carefully, make sure the glass of the window is OVER 22”. Ours is 22” and the perches don’t secure in the suction cups. They only sit a few millimeters in each suction cup and the smalllest lateral movement cause it to crash down. The cause of this lateral movement, a cat jumping onto the perch. They are very disappointed when this happens. It doesn’t happen everytime but often enough.

It won't stick

We can only use the bottom bed bc the top bed the suction cup keeps falling down it won't stick no matter what we do . Look for another that works for 2 I can 2 stars bc the one bed is nice and that's about all.

It’s Great!!!

This was actually my second purchase of one of these, the first was a two tier before our third cat found us (literally, he was a stray and showed up around the house).It holds well, is a big size which is great for our three cats, and is good quality.Make sure you warm up the suction cups in warm water, clean the window well, and the clean the cups with window cleaner as well before applying. It’s been holding up to our two 15lb kitties and the 11lb one as well, so definitely holds weight. Maybe not an appropriate size for a Maine Coon, but any others should be fine.
