This is actually the softest quality brush for my cat. The ease of cleaning it the ease of keeping her clean especially around this time of the year where she's shedding having that little bit of moisture keeps all her fly away hairs on the brush and not out into the air or on my furniture or on me.It's appearances amazing if it's right in the palm of your hand I have small hands so if it's right in my hands but even if you had larger hands it would just fit into the grooves of your hand and it would just be so easy it would be like you petting your animal holding this brush you don't even have to extend yourself you could just brush your fur baby by petting it.And we all like that sort of thing all the tools that are with ease of use to help keep them clean and happy.Mine I have actually bought several of them for other people now I have a friend of mine with eight cats and he's forever walking around with a lint brush. Since getting this as a gift from me he's noticed a definite difference and how much of the lint brushes he uses those can get kind of pricey those paper tape brush things.Absolutely if you have one animal or a dozen, get this because it is a lifesaver. I will also add to this just like anything that uses water make sure you have distilled water just like you would when you use the iron this will help the item last a lot longer and not get stopped off with any oxidation or particles that will keep it from performing for years.

My cat loved it, but it didnt last 4 months

My cat was initially afraid of the soft noise of the steam but learned quickly to love this brush. I loved this brush. It took so much hair off of her and didn’t float it around the room. But first the bristle tips started to break off. I could live with that. But the on/off button got fickle. Sometimes I couldn’t turn it on. Others, I couldn’t turn it off. Now, it’s just a brush with broken tips that doesn’t release steam. It’s not available online anymore at the moment so I suspect I am not alone. I will have to find another similar product because this was such a big hit with a timid cat.
