Easy to use

I just bought this feeder because I leave him alone every weekend and I was struggling in how can I do to not leaving without food. This is the perfect option for that. Best decision ever made!

Super convenient

Bought this item slightly used. All parts arrived besides a user manual. Took me awhile to figure out how to set product up and what app to download. A user manual would have made this process a lot easier.Being a slightly used product I knew it was not going to show up in perfect condition, but I guess I wasn't prepared for the product to have old food and residue everywhere. After a deep clean everything looks brand new.

Not reliable

When it works, it's great. But out of no where it stopped working and we tried everything. Reset it, re-downloaded the app and everything. Our wifi was working and all that good stuff. Then 2 yours later we got it working and two days later it did it again

This is an awesome feeder!!!!!

I have two feral cats that I'm trying to encourage to hang out in the barn and eat rats. They are food-obsessed! I bought a cat tree and this feeder. What's awesome about this feeder is that the portions can be as small as 1/24 of a cup and provide multiple daily feeds. There's also a "feed now" option, in addition to the scheduled feedings, that I can control from my phone because it works on a Wi-Fi connection. I have it set to release 1/24 of a cup every two hours. My goal is to have them hanging around the barn all the time, especially at dusk when the rats come out. Once the cats are conditioned to hang out in the barn, I'll cut back on the dusk feedings, hoping that a rat will be tastier. Read the instructions about the Wi-Fi connection, which I had to ask my husband about. Since we have a large property, we have two Wi-Fi connections. Luckily, the one that reached the barn was the correct one. The instructions say that it still works when the Wi-Fi goes out. I don't how strict the Wi-Fi connections are. I DO LOVE THIS FEEDER!!!
